You'll Find Pain
All Over Your Body.

Now you can find some answers.

With an active lifestyle, pain is natural. And it is common to find it in the joints and major muscle groups of your body.

  • Shoulder
The shoulder is used in almost every sport and exercise—and in everyday activities as simple as brushing your hair. To avoid the pain, some people avoid movement, which, in turn, leads to additional stiffness in the tendons and ligaments.
  • Elbow
Elbow pain often results from sports where you grip and swing simultaneously. "Golfer's elbow" and "tennis elbow" are terms for pain and inflammation on the inside and outside of the joint.
  • Lower Back
Lower back pain is one of the most common consequences of overextending or trying a new activity—even if you are already fit. Some of the biggest muscles in the body can mean some of the biggest pain.
  • Neck
Discomfort in your neck can result from physical activity or from an affliction of modern life such as stress. Continual tension takes its toll in the form of pain and stiffness.
  • Legs
You ask a lot of your legs on a daily basis just through everyday activities. Add the strain of running, soccer or basketball, and pain is a natural result—often in your knees, hamstrings or Achilles tendons.

If your pain persists for more than 3 days or worsens, see your doctor.
